Terms & Conditions

These general service terms explain the basis on which PROXPAT provides corporate support and coordination services in the UAE.

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the PROXPAT website and to general service interactions with PROXPAT. By using this website, requesting a quotation, or instructing PROXPAT to begin a service, you acknowledge these terms. Any signed agreement, accepted quotation, engagement letter, or service-specific terms will take priority where they differ from this page.

About PROXPAT and Our Service Scope

PROXPAT is a corporate services provider that supports clients with business setup, PRO services, government documentation, visa and immigration assistance, healthcare professional licensing coordination, DataFlow and primary source verification coordination, exam and authority application support, product registration, regulatory support, and related services.

PROXPAT is not a UAE government authority, free zone authority, healthcare regulator, immigration authority, municipality, ministry, or third-party verification body. Our role is to advise, prepare, submit, follow up, and coordinate as agreed for each service.

Business Setup Services

Business setup support may include activity and jurisdiction guidance, trade-name and license application coordination, mainland or free zone formation support, corporate structuring assistance, government approval coordination, and related documentation. Available structures, activities, ownership requirements, costs, and procedures are determined by the relevant authority and may change.

PRO and Government Documentation Services

PROXPAT may assist with document preparation, attestations, translations, renewals, amendments, government submissions, and administrative follow-up. Clients remain responsible for reviewing and approving documents before submission and for providing originals or supporting records when required.

Visa and Immigration Assistance

Visa, residency, Emirates ID, medical, biometrics, and immigration services are subject to the requirements and decisions of the relevant UAE authorities. PROXPAT can coordinate the agreed process but cannot guarantee eligibility, issuance, renewal, processing time, or approval.

Healthcare Licensing, DataFlow, PSV, Exams, and Applications

Healthcare professional licensing support may include eligibility guidance, DataFlow or primary source verification coordination, exam booking assistance, document preparation, and application follow-up with healthcare regulators. Verification results, exam outcomes, eligibility findings, and final licensing decisions are controlled by the relevant regulator, testing provider, educational institution, employer, or verification body.

Product Registration and Regulatory Support

Product registration and regulatory services may include classification guidance, label and document review, authority application coordination, and follow-up. Final classifications, testing requirements, registrations, permits, and approvals are determined by the relevant municipality, ministry, regulator, laboratory, conformity body, or other authority.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide complete, accurate, current, and authentic information and documents within requested timelines. Clients are responsible for promptly reviewing drafts, responding to requests, disclosing relevant circumstances, and ensuring they have permission to provide documents or personal information relating to other persons.

PROXPAT is not responsible for delays, rejection, additional costs, or other consequences arising from incomplete, inaccurate, expired, misleading, or late information supplied by a client or third party.

Authority Decisions and No Guaranteed Approval

All final decisions are made by the relevant UAE government departments, free zone authorities, healthcare regulators, immigration authorities, municipalities, ministries, or third-party verification bodies. PROXPAT does not guarantee approval, eligibility, acceptance, verification outcomes, license issuance, visa issuance, registration, or any particular authority decision.

Timelines

Any timeline provided is an estimate based on information available at the time. Processing times may change because of authority workloads, public holidays, system availability, inspections, verification responses, requests for additional documents, regulatory changes, or other matters outside PROXPAT's control.

Quotations, Fees, and Payment

Service scope, professional fees, payment stages, and any included costs will be stated in the applicable quotation or agreement. Government fees, authority charges, bank charges, translation, attestation, courier, testing, insurance, medical, verification, inspection, and other third-party costs may be separate unless expressly stated as included.

Fees and third-party charges may change when authorities or providers revise their requirements or pricing. Work may be paused until required payments, documents, or approvals are received.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the accepted quotation, the work already completed, and whether payments have been committed or paid to authorities or third parties. Professional fees for completed work and government or third-party fees that are non-refundable or already incurred generally cannot be refunded. Any eligible refund will be assessed reasonably against the applicable service scope and payment terms.

Document Handling and Communication

PROXPAT will take reasonable care when handling documents and communicating service updates. Clients should use the agreed communication channels, keep their contact details current, retain copies of important documents, and avoid sending sensitive information through unsecured channels unless specifically requested through an appropriate process.

Website Information

Website information is provided for general guidance and may not reflect the latest authority rule, fee, process, or eligibility requirement. It does not constitute a guaranteed quotation, formal legal advice, or confirmation of approval. A service assessment may be required before PROXPAT can confirm the applicable process.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent reasonably permitted, PROXPAT is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, authority decisions, third-party acts or omissions, system outages, regulatory changes, or delays outside our control. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any service-specific responsibility will be considered under the applicable accepted quotation or signed agreement.

Intellectual Property

The PROXPAT name, branding, website design, text, graphics, and original website materials are owned by or licensed to PROXPAT. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without prior permission, except where use is permitted by applicable law.
