Who We Are
An outsourced PRO department for UAE companies.
PROXPAT runs the government side of operating a UAE company. From Business Bay in Dubai we handle the transactions a business repeats every year: employee visas and MOHRE work permits, licence renewals and amendments, establishment cards, immigration files, Emirates ID and medical coordination, and the documentation that sits behind all of it.
Most of our clients are mainland and free zone companies with no in-house PRO — a steady flow of government work that never quite justifies a full-time hire, handled instead by a team that already knows the counter, the portal and the document the officer will ask for.
Our role is to own the routine government work so it stops landing on your HR or admin team.
Company formation and product registration sit alongside that as specialist lines. Companies we set up usually stay with us afterwards, because the licence is where the government work starts rather than where it ends.
PROXPAT coordinates with relevant UAE authorities, portals, and authorized service channels where applicable, including Amer and Tasheel-style service routes, while keeping clients informed about document status, next steps, and practical process requirements.
