Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information PROXPAT collects through this website, which analytics and advertising technologies we use, how long we keep information, who it is shared with, and how you can exercise your rights over it.

Who we are
PROXPAT is a private corporate services consultancy based at Clover Bay Tower, Marasi Drive, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We provide business setup, PRO and visa, healthcare professional licensing, and product registration support. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.
You can reach us about anything in this policy at info@proxpat.com or +971 58 681 5630.
Information you give us
When you submit an enquiry form, subscribe to updates, message us on WhatsApp, email us, or call us, we may collect:
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- The service you are interested in and the content of your message.
- Company details, professional category or licensing pathway, where you provide them.
- Documents you choose to send us in connection with a requested service.
When you submit a form we also record the page you submitted it from, the date and time, your IP address and your browser user-agent string. We use these to route the enquiry correctly and to detect automated spam submissions.
Information collected automatically
This website uses the following third-party technologies. Each one sets cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and transfers data to the provider named.
Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-90E6J1TSFD), provided by Google, to understand how visitors find and use the site — pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, referring source, and on-page interactions. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (typically _ga and _ga_<container>). We have IP handling left at Google’s default for GA4, which truncates IP addresses before storage.
Google Ads conversion tracking
We advertise on Google. Our Google Ads tag (conversion ID AW-18343012180) records when a visit that originated from one of our adverts results in an enquiry, so we can measure which campaigns work. This may involve cookies used for advertising measurement and, where enabled, remarketing — showing you PROXPAT adverts on other websites and Google services after you have visited ours.
Microsoft Clarity
We use Microsoft Clarity (project ID x6udhtepd3), provided by Microsoft, for heatmaps and session replay. This means Clarity records a reconstruction of your interaction with pages — mouse movement, scrolling, clicks and taps — so we can find usability problems. Clarity sets third-party cookies (including _clck, _clsk, CLID, MUID and SM). Microsoft may combine this data with information it holds about you from other Microsoft services. Microsoft’s handling of Clarity data is described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
When these load
To keep pages fast, these scripts are not loaded with the initial page. They load after your first interaction with the page (scroll, click, tap or key press), or shortly after the page finishes loading, whichever comes first.
Why we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the consultancy service you asked about.
- To coordinate a requested service, which may require submitting your information to a UAE authority on your instruction.
- To measure and improve the website using the analytics tools described above.
- To measure advertising performance so we do not waste spend on campaigns that do not help.
- To prevent abuse, including rate-limiting and spam detection on our forms.
Where the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) applies, we rely on your consent for analytics and advertising technologies, and on the necessity of processing to perform a service you have requested for enquiry handling. If you are in the EEA or UK, the equivalent bases are consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and performance of a contract or steps taken at your request prior to entering into one (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Who we share information with
- UAE government authorities — only where submitting your information is necessary to progress a service you have instructed us to carry out (for example DHA, DOH, MOHAP, CDA, SHA, DED, Dubai Municipality, ICP, or a free zone authority).
- Google LLC — analytics and advertising measurement data, as described above.
- Microsoft Corporation — session replay and heatmap data, as described above.
- Our hosting and email providers — who process data on our behalf in order to run the website and deliver enquiry emails.
- Professional partners — such as attestation agents, translators or verification services, where they form part of a service you have requested.
We do not sell your personal information. Some of the recipients above are located outside the UAE, which means your information may be transferred internationally and processed under a different legal regime.
How long we keep it
- Enquiry and consultation records: retained for up to 24 months from our last contact with you, so we can pick up an ongoing matter and meet our own record-keeping obligations.
- Service files where we have acted for you: retained for up to 5 years after the engagement ends, or longer where a UAE authority or applicable law requires it.
- Form submission logs (including IP and user-agent): retained for up to 12 months for security and abuse prevention.
- Google Analytics data: retained per our GA4 configuration, up to a maximum of 14 months.
- Microsoft Clarity data: retained by Microsoft for up to 13 months.
When a retention period ends, we delete the information or irreversibly anonymise it.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Delete your personal information, where we are not required to keep it.
- Restrict or object to processing, including direct marketing.
- Withdraw consent to analytics and advertising technologies at any time.
- Receive a copy of information you gave us, in a portable format.
- Complain to the UAE Data Office or, if you are in the EEA or UK, your local supervisory authority.
How to make a request: email info@proxpat.com with the subject line “Data Request”, telling us what you want us to do. We will acknowledge within 5 working days and respond substantively within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before we act. There is no charge for making a request.
Opting out of tracking
- Google Analytics: install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Google Ads personalisation: adjust your Google Ads settings.
- Microsoft Clarity and advertising: use the Microsoft opt-out page.
- All cookies: block or delete them in your browser settings. Doing so does not affect your ability to browse this site or contact us.
See our Cookie Policy for the full list of cookies used on this site.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry submissions are rate-limited and validated server-side, and form submission logs are stored outside the public web root. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send passwords, full payment card numbers, or documents unrelated to your enquiry through website forms or WhatsApp.
Children
This website is directed at adults conducting business or professional licensing matters. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or the technologies we use change. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
